Purchase Orders and checks are gladly accepted!!  Purchase orders, or copies of the original form, need to me mailed to me at Wolf Multimedia, 7650 Flush Rd., St. George, KS  66535 or faxed to 785-494-8647.   If your school has the capabilities, a .pdf file of the Purchse Order form can also be emailed to me at info@judging101.com.  Please do NOT send it as a scanned picture or picture file!  I cannot activate your account with just the PO number emailed to me.  Once I receive this form in the mail I will manually activate the account (make sure you have also registered) and send you an invoice by email.  If you should need an invoice before you can obtain your PO, email me and I will gladly do this for you.  Make sure the person that has registered the account with me includes their name somewhere on the PO form so I will know which account to activate.
